Remortgages are particuilarly hard to get nowadays in the current economic climate. I guess you just have to sit it out and accept that the days of heady property prices that allowed you to easily remortgage.
I’m not too sure if lenders are going to let you remortgage a house if you have bad credit. I think those days are long gone. People really have toown up and get real….
